The Event

Heard a big crash from across the warehouse. Found the employee on the ground after what appeared to be struck by some boxes fallen from the shelving. Victim was bleeding on left arm, left side, and left leg, though not profusely. Noticed 3 boxes that had fallen off the broken shelves.

Initial Treatment:

Administered first aid to bleeding with gauze, elevated the legs, pulled the victim from the dangerous shelving areas.
